AVIATION CONSUMER FORUM

DOT Logo

The U.S. Department of Transportation is hosting a series of Aviation Consumer Forums for the general public to help educate air travelers about their rights and responsibilities and to discuss the problems facing the air transportation industry. This will be a great opportunity for members of the public to learn more about the air travel environment and share with officials from the U.S. Department of Transportation as well as carrier and airport representatives their air travel experiences as they relate to airline consumer matters (e.g. reservations, refunds, frequent flyer issues, advertising). Aviation security and safety issues will not be addressed. There is no fee to attend these forums.
